AIB PAX A920 Wi-Fi Troubleshooting
Check that other devices are connecting to the same Wi-Fi network successfully. If not, reboot your Wi-Fi router. Once other devices are connected reboot the card terminal. To do this hold down the power button on the right-hand side of the terminal and select reboot from the power panel that displays.
Check the status of the Wi-Fi connection on the terminal by going to the 3 lines in the top-right hand corner of the main menu and then Wi-Fi settings.

Select the network.
If the status shows "connected". Try a 1p test transaction.
If the status shows "authentication problem" please select "forget".
Select the network again, press connect and re-enter the Wi-Fi password. The authentication error suggest that the Wi-Fi password was entered incorrectly.
If the status shows "connected no internet" this confirms that there is a fault with the Wi-Fi router.
Reboot the router. Once other devices have connected reboot the card terminal. To do this hold down the power button on the right-hand side of the terminal and select reboot from the power panel that displays.
If the status still shows "connected no internet" and other devices have not connected, please contact your internet service provider.
