Check the charging cable connections going from the mains socket to the terminal.

Try the charging cable in another mains socket.

If the terminal is plugged into the base take it off the base and plug the charger directly into the terminal as below. Or vice versa (from the socket on the terminal to the base). This would then confirm a fault with the base or the standalone charging port on the terminal.

Unplug the charging cable.

Remove the battery from the back of the terminal and re-connect it.

Re-connect the charging cable.

Hold down the green button on the terminal keypad to attempt to turn the terminal back on.

If the issue persists a replacement charging cable would be required in the first instance. Replacement chargers can be ordered by going to our website here.
