AIB Clover Elavon Paynt Ingenico MOVE 3500 Refund

Press the eye icon (above the red button) on the keypad.

Select Refund (using the arrows keys below the screen and press the green button once highlighted).

The terminal will prompt for your supervisor password. Once entered press the green button.

Enter the amount for the transaction using the keypad and press the green button.

Present the card.

The terminal will then print a merchant copy of the receipt, followed by a customer copy (if contactless).
