AIB Clover Elavon Paynt Ingenico MOVE 5000 Card Not Present Refund

Press the eye icon (above the red button) on the keypad.

Select Mail Order.

Select Refund.

The terminal will prompt for your supervisor password. Once entered press the green button.

The terminal will then prompt step-by-step on the screen as to the different details you need to enter.

Please note that when asked for the postcode you only need to enter the numbers contained within the postcode and not the letters as well.

Then the terminal will ask you to enter the amount for the transaction. Press the green button once entered.

The terminal will display an authorisation code and either "Data Matched" or "Data Not Matched".

As long as the data matches press the green button on the keypad.

it is recommended to press the red button on the keypad and re-attempt the transaction until the terminal shows that all the details match.
