This is normally related to the battery. Before checking charging/battery troubleshooting please complete the below:
Ensure that the terminal roll is inserted as below.
Open the terminals receipt compartment by carefully lifting the release latch.

Once open place the receipt roll as below ensuring that at least 1cm of roll is exposed before closing the cover.
