AIB Clover Elavon Paynt Ingenico MOVE 5000 Terminal Powering Off Once Charger Is Removed
Power down the terminal by holding down the yellow and full stop buttons on the terminal keypad at the same time.
Unplug the charging cable.
Remove the battery from the back of the terminal and re-connect it.
Re-connect the charging cable.
Hold down the green button on the keypad to power the terminal back on.
Allow the terminal 1 hour to attempt to charge efficiently again.
After this point unplug the charging cable to see if the same issue occurs.
