AIB Clover VeriFone v240 Bad MAC
We first need to make sure that the card terminal is connected.
On the sale screen, press the blue box at the top of the screen.

This will display a main menu. Press the down arrow on the screen (if required), followed by Configuration.

Enter your terminal password followed by the green button.

Select Communication.

This will display the communication panel. Either Wi-Fi or Mobile Data (or both) should display up.

Otherwise please follow the relevant connection troubleshooting below before proceeding.

On the sale screen, press the blue box at the top of the screen.
Select Administration (you may need to press the down arrow on screen for it to appear).
Enter the Admin password and press the green button.

Select Reset MAC.
Select AIB UK or Auth Host (whichever option appears).
Press the green button.
This should print a receipt and return you to the previous menu.
Keep pressing the red button on the keypad to return.
Try a test transaction for 1p to check if the error has cleared.
