On the sale screen, press the blue box at the top of the screen.

This will display a main menu. Press the down arrow on the screen (if required), followed by Configuration.

Enter your terminal password followed by the green button.

Select Communication.

If Mobile Data displays as "up" this would suggest that the transactions are declining for another reason. Please refer to our general troubleshooting articles which will give advice based on the error that appears.
Otherwise we need to do a restart of the GPRS interface to determine why the connection is failing.
Select More.
Select Configuration.
Select Start/Restart Network Interface at the bottom of the screen.
Select Mobile Data.
