A Pre-Auth is when you reserve the funds from your customer. This will then need to be followed by a Completion when you are ready to actually take them.
On the sale screen, press the blue box at the top of the screen..jpg?width=226&height=300&name=rtaImage%20(59).jpg)
Select Pre-Auth
If at this point the Pre-Auth option does not appear please e-mail tech.support@card-saver.co.uk for assistance.
Select Pre-Authorisation
The terminal will then return to the previous sale screen but it should now say Pre-Authorization instead.
Enter the amount and press the green button.
Present the card.

This will then need to be followed up by a Completion when you are wanting to take the funds from your customer.
On the sale screen, press the blue box at the top of the screen.
Select Pre-Auth.
Select Completion.
The terminal will then return to the previous sale screen but it should now say Completion instead.
Enter the amount and press the green button.
Present the card.
