AIB Clover VeriFone v240 Refund

On the sale screen, press the blue box at the top of the screen.

Select One-Time Transactions.

Select Refund.

The terminal will prompt for your supervisor password. Once entered press the green button.

If you do not know the supervisor login please e-mail tech.support@card-saver.co.uk for assistance.

The terminal will then return to the previous sale screen but it should now say Refund instead.

Enter the amount for the transaction using the keypad and press the green button.

Present the card.

The terminal will then print a merchant copy of the receipt. You will be prompted to confirm if a customer copy is required if this is a chip-and-pin transaction.

If a customer copy for a contactless transaction is required press the blue box at the top of the sale screen, followed by duplicate.
