If Wi-Fi displays as "up" this would suggest that the transactions are declining for another reason. Please refer to our general troubleshooting articles which will give advice based on the error that appears.

Otherwise please follow the below:

Check that other devices are connecting to the same Wi-Fi network successfully. If not, reboot your Wi-Fi router. Once other devices are connected reboot the card terminal by holding down the red cross button on the keypad. This will display a power panel after 5-10 seconds. Select Reboot/Restart.

If other devices do not connect again after allowing time for the router to load, this confirms an internet issue and you would need to speak to your internet service provider. Whilst speaking to your internet service provider please ensure that the below port numbers are open:

  • IPPEP1 46197
  • SEP1 46197
  • IPPAP1 46197
  • IPSAP1 46197
  • VeriFone Port – 8013

If Wi-Fi displays as "up" please try a 1p transaction to test.

Otherwise at this point we need to re-attempt entering the Wi-Fi password one more time.

From the communication panel press More.

On the next screen you should already see your network. Select it.

Select View/Edit.

Enter the Wi-Fi password again.

Press Ok once complete.

Press Ok.

Press Yes on the apply settings screen.

If successful the terminal should show interface started. Press Ok.
