Select main menu followed by card not present.

Select sale or refund depending on which is required.

If the refund option does not appear press the 3 lines in the top-right hand corner of the screen followed by logout. Log back in using your supervisor credentials. If you do not have these please e-mail tech.support@card-saver.co.uk.

Select phone order and enter the relevant information displayed.

If the terminal asks for a reference you can leave this blank and press the green button.
