AIB PAX A920 GPRS Setup and Connection Troubleshooting

Ensure that the SIM card for the terminal is inserted as below.

If the terminal does not have a SIM card please contact us.

Once the card terminal is powered on it should display a 4G, 3G or 2G (H+) icon in the top-right hand corner of the screen.

If so please try a 1p test transaction.

If not please follow the below:

From the main menu select the icon with the 3 lines in the top-right hand corner followed by Cellular Settings.

Data roaming and enhanced 4G LTE Mode should be enabled as below.

Select Preferred Network Type.

Then press 4G/3G/2G (auto) as below.

Select Access Point Names.

You should see an option that says kpn.mobius.tel that is enabled

If not press the + symbol at the top of the screen.

Enter the various fields as below:

Name = mobius
APN = kpn.mobius.tel
Username = mobiuskpn
Password = mobius
MCC = 204
MNC = 08
Authentication Type = PAP/CHAP
APN Protocol = IPv4/IPv6
APN Roaming Protocol = IPv4/IPv6

Once entered press the 3 dots in the top-right hand corner of the screen and then save.

Ensure that the new APN setting is toggled on as below.

Press the left arrow at the bottom of the screen to go back one page.

Finally select Network Operators.

Followed by Choose Automatically.

This will ensure that the SIM card is steering to the network with the strongest signal in the area where the terminal is used.

If the terminal is still not connecting please try setting the APN settings to the below instead:

Name = ESEYE1
APN = Eseye1
Username = User
Password = Pass

Everything else will stay the same.

Failing all of the above, If the same issue persists please click on "Chat" on the bottom-right hand corner of the screen or e-mail techsupport@card-saver.co.uk as we will need to look at the SIM card to ensure that it is activated.
