AIB PAX A920 No Power

Check the charging cable connections going from the mains socket to the terminal.

Try the charging cable in another mains socket.

Unplug the charging cable.

Remove the battery from the back of the terminal and re-connect it.

Re-connect the charging cable.

Attempt to power the terminal on by holding down the power button on the right-hand side of the terminal as below.

If the issue persists try another micro USB charger or the charger in another terminal (if possible). This will confirm that the fault is with the charging cable specifically. Replacement chargers can be ordered by going to our website here.
