Select main menu followed by refund.

If the refund option does not appear, press the red button to return to the main menu, select the icon with the 3 lines in the top-right hand corner and press logout. Log back in using the supervisor login.

You may be prompted to enter your supervisor login again. Press the green button once entered.

Enter the amount for the transaction using the keypad and press the green button.

Present the card.
