Change Of Address/Change Of Bank Details
How to change your details with Card Saver:
Please e-mail customer.services@card-saver.co.uk including your business name in order to request the change.
For a change of address we will require a proof of trading. See below the list of proofs we accept:
● Utility Bill
● Lease Agreement
● Merchant acquirer statement.
● HMRC/Inland Revenue letter (must be for current year).
● Business utility bill/business council tax (must be the most recent).
● Market trader federation’s certificate & fixed pitch agreement.
● Business bank letter or statement.
All 4 corners of the document must be visible
For a change of bank details we will require a recent bank statement or welcome letter which includes the name of the business, sort code and account.
The document must be dated within the last 3 months and all 4 corners of the document must be present.
In addition to this there is an administration fee of £20, the e-mail reply will include a link to pay this fee.
The timescale for the change to be completed can differ but we will aim to complete this for you as quickly as possible.
