Clover Elavon Paynt PAX A920 No Paper Feeding Through
Ensure that the terminal roll is inserted as below
Open the terminal receipt compartment by carefully lifting the release latch.

Once open place the receipt roll as below, ensuring that at least 1cm of roll is exposed before closing the cover.

If the same issue persists open the till roll cover and ensure that the roller bar and clips are in place as highlighted below.

If the roller bar as pictured below is missing you will need another roller bar.
If one of the clips here is broken you will need another till roll cover.

If one of the clips as pictured below is broken you will need a replacement card terminal.

We also need to check some of the app settings on the terminal.
From the main menu select the icon with the 3 lines in the top-right hand corner followed by app settings.

Ensure that Print: Merchant Receipt and Print: Contactless are toggled on as below.
