If your ECOM service is declining these cards, we will require your American Express merchant ID (usually a 10 digit number beginning with 7, 8, or 9). If you do not have an American Express account you will need to contact them to set an account before we can assist. Once you have your American Express merchant ID to hand please e-mail [tech.support@card-saver.co.uk](mailto:tech.support@card-saver.co.uk). The current timescale for this facility to be added is 2-5 working days depending on your acquiring bank.
