Ecommerce American Express

As part of the onboarding process with Card Saver the sales agent will check if you take American Express cards.

If your ECOM service is declining these cards, we will require your American Express merchant ID (usually a 10 digit number beginning with 7, 8, or 9). If you do not have an American Express account you will need to contact them to set an account before we can assist.

Once you have your American Express merchant ID to hand please e-mail tech.support@card-saver.co.uk.

The current timescale for this facility to be added is 2-5 working days depending on your acquiring bank. Once confirmed as added by the bank one of our agents will be in touch regarding the next steps with adding the facility to the MMS for ECOM
