On the sale screen, press the blue box at the top of the screen.

Select Management.
Select Settings.
Select Communication.
Enter your terminal password followed by the green button.

If Bluetooth and BT LAN both display as "up" this would suggest that the transactions are declining for another reason. Please refer to our general troubleshooting articles which will give advice based on the error that appears.
Otherwise please follow the below:
Check the Ethernet cable connections from the base to the back of your internet router.
You could try a different Ethernet port on the router or another Ethernet cable entirely.
If any changes are made here reboot the card terminal by holding down the red cross button on the keypad. This will display a power panel after 5-10 seconds. Select Reboot/Restart.
Once the terminal is back on the sale screen, we need to check the status of the connection again.
On the sale screen, press the grey box at the bottom of the screen.
Select Management.
Select Settings.
Select Communication.
Enter your terminal password followed by the green button.
If Bluetooth and BT LAN both display as "up" try a 1p transaction to test.
Otherwise select BT Lan followed by Start Network Interface.
If the terminal displays "Interface Started" try a 1p transaction to test.
As a last resort reboot your Wi-Fi router. Once other devices are connected reboot the card terminal by holding down the red cross button on the keypad. This will display a power panel after 5-10 seconds. Select Reboot/Restart.
On the sale screen, press the grey box at the bottom of the screen.
Select Management.
Select Settings.
Select Communication.
Enter your terminal password followed by the green button.
If Bluetooth and BT LAN both display as "up" try a 1p transaction to test.
