Elavon VeriFone v240 GPRS Internal Error

Reboot the card terminal by holding down the red cross button on the keypad. This will display a power panel after 5-10 seconds. Select Reboot/Restart.

On the sale screen, press the grey box at the bottom of the screen.

Select Management.

Select Settings.

Select Communication.

Enter your terminal password followed by the green button.

If Mobile Data displays as "up" then please try a 1p transaction to test. 

Otherwise we need to do a restart of the GPRS interface

Select More.

Select Configuration.

Select Start/Restart Network Interface at the bottom of the screen.

Select Mobile Data.
