Elavon VeriFone v240 Wi-Fi Setup

On the sale screen, press the grey box at the bottom of the screen.

Select Management.

Select Settings.

Select Communication.

Enter your terminal password followed by the green button.

From the communication panel press More.

Select Configuration.

Select Network Interface.

Select Wi-Fi.

Select Wi-Fi Scan.

Select your Wi-Fi network from the list that appears.

Press Add in the bottom-right hand corner of the screen.

Select Pre-Shared Key

Enter the Wi-Fi password using the keypad.

To bring up the letters keep pressing the corresponding number on the keypad. It will cycle through capital letters first followed by lower case.

If you make any mistakes you can press the yellow arrow key on the keypad which acts as a backspace key.

Press Ok once complete.

Press Ok.

Press Yes on the apply settings screen.

If successful the terminal should show interface started. Press Ok.

If the terminal shows "failed" or "wrong credentials" this would suggest that the password has been entered incorrectly.

At this point you need to re-attempt entering the Wi-Fi password.

Select Wi-Fi

On the next screen you should already see your network. Select it.

Select View/Edit.

Select Authentication.

Select Pre-Shared Key.

Enter the Wi-Fi password again.

Press Ok once complete.

Press Ok.

Press Yes on the apply settings screen.

If successful the terminal should show interface started. Press Ok.
