Trust Ingenico MOVE 5000 American Express

As part of the onboarding process with Card Saver the sales agent will check if you take American Express cards.

If your terminal is declining these cards, we will require your American Express merchant ID (usually a 10 digit number beginning with 7, 8, or 9). If you do not have an American Express account you will need to contact them to set an account before we can assist.

Once you have your American Express merchant ID to hand you would need to contact you acquiring bank to get them to add it to the entitlements on your account.

Once added with your acquiring bank please e-mail techsupport@card-saver.co.uk including the company name and your AMEX merchant ID. We will then get in touch regarding the next steps.
