Trust Ingenico MOVE 5000 Charging/Battery Troubleshooting

Ensure that the battery is connected properly. You will know it is when you can lift the terminal by the battery.

Try the charging cable in a different plug socket.

If the terminal is plugged into the base take it off the base and plug the charger directly into the terminal. Or vice versa (from the socket on the terminal to the base). This would then confirm a fault with the base or the standalone charging port on the terminal.
