Trust Ingenico MOVE 5000 EPOSNOW Integration Issues

1) Ensure that the till and the card terminal are both connected.

You can check the connection on the card terminal by following the steps below:

- From the main menu press the icon with the dots in the bottom-right hand corner.

- Select Handshake.

If the terminal says "Failed" or "Communication" this confirms a connection issue with the card terminal. Please follow the links below for the relevant connection troubleshooting. Otherwise move onto step 2.

2) Ensure that the terminal is displaying a pairing icon (with no line running through it) on the top-right hand corner of the screen as below.

If a line appears through the icon, or no icon at all, please reboot the card terminal by holding down the eye icon (above the red button on the keypad) and pressing restart.

Once loaded back to the main menu press the icon with the dots in the bottom-right hand corner.

Select Admin.

Enter your supervisor/manager password and press the green button.

Select Pair with POS.

The icon should now appear. If not then please reboot the card machine one more time.

3) Whilst logged in on the till press the icon with the lines in the top-left hand corner of the screen.

Select Settings

Select Payments and ensure that enable Trust payments is toggled on as below.

Put through a test sale on your till to test if it pulls through to the card terminal.
