If you need to process a refund for a transaction but don't have the original card details to hand you can process a linked refund on your card terminal. You just need a copy of the original transaction receipt.
From the main menu press the icon with the 3 lines in the bottom-middle of the screen
Enter your terminal password if required. (If you do not know this please e-mail techsupport@card-saver.co.uk for assistance).
Enter the receipt number and authorisation code from the transaction receipt.
