Trust Ingenico MOVE 5000 Printing Blank Receipts

Normally occurs when the terminal receipt roll has been inserted the wrong way.

Please ensure that the paper has been inserted as below:

Open the till roll compartment by carefully lifting the release latch.

Place the till roll as below ensuring that at least 1cm of the paper is exposed when closing.

If the same issue persists open the till roll cover and ensure that the roller bar is in place as highlighted below.

If the roller bar is missing you will need to order another roller bar
