1) Connect the power cable to the charging base supplied.
2) Place the terminal on the base and it should power on automatically. If it doesn't, please hold the green button on the keypad.
3) The terminal will take 1-2 minutes to load.
4) If your order was for a GPRS terminal, the terminal will load to the main menu automatically. Please skip to step 5 at this point.
For Wi-Fi connectivity the terminal will do an automatic scan for networks
This will perform a scan for networks. Select your network and enter the Wi-Fi password. You will need to keep pressing the corresponding number on the keypad. As shown below it will cycle through lower case letters first, then upper case followed by the corresponding number as you keep pressing it.
If the letters are not present on the keypad use the key below:
1 - Q, Z
2 - A, B, C
3 - D, E, F
4 - G, H, I
5 - J, K, L
6 - M, N, O
7 - P, R, S
8 - T, U, V
9 - W, X, Y
0 - Symbols
# - Symbols
Press the green button once entered.

The terminal will then display connected if successful.
Otherwise please follow Wi-Fi troubleshooting
5) Please perform 1p transaction to test.
From the main menu press the card icon in the bottom-left hand corner of the screen.
Enter the amount using the terminal keypad and press the green button.

The terminal will prompt for the card to be presented.
