Trust Ingenico MOVE 5000 Terminal Froze

In the first instance please attempt to reboot the card terminal by holding down the eye button (above the red button on the keypad) and selecting restart.

If the power panel does not appear and the screen is still froze you need to remove and re-connect the battery. This will force the terminal to shut down.

Once re-connected hold down the eye button again to power the terminal on.
