Virtual Terminal Forgotten Password

In the first instance please use the forgotten password link on the login screen.

At this stage please enter your Virtual Terminal username. This is sometimes different from your e-mail address. The e-mail address associated to the account will receive a password reset e-mail within 10 minutes.

If the reset link does not arrive after the 10 minute window please e-mail online.support@card-saver.co.uk. A support agent will contact you as soon as possible.
