Virtual Terminal Initial Login

If you are a new customer you will have received an e-mail with login details and a user guide for the Virtual Terminal.

If logging in for the first time you will be prompted to scan a QR code for 2 Factor Authentication. This is a mandatory security measure that cannot be removed. 

On your mobile phone you need to install the Google Authenticator app.

Once installed you will see a prompt to sign in using your Google Account, followed by an option to select scan QR code. This will open the camera function on your phone so you can scan the QR code on-screen.

Your Google Authenticator app will then display a 6 digit authentication code which will be needed when logging in. 
 

You can tick the "don't ask for 30 days" box.
