Virtual Terminal Modifying an RT Agreement

Select "RT Agreements" from the top of the screen.

Find the agreement using the filters as shown below.

On the left-hand side of the screen you will see a drop-down box that is labelled as "Choose.." by default. Click this and select either Modify or Delete (whichever is required).
