Virtual Terminal Refunding a Transaction

Select the "Transactions" option from the top of the screen.

Find the transaction using the filters as shown below.

On the left-hand side of the screen you will see a drop-down box that is labelled as "Choose.." by default. Click this and select Refund Sale.

This will give you the options to process a full or partial refund.
